The 9th Monthly Meeting.

The 9th Monthly General Body Meeting of our Association was held on 5th June, 2023, in the premises of Ramalayam.
The discussions and resolutions are given below;

Minutes of the 9th meeting held on 5th June, 2023 at 5:30 pm in the Ramalayam premises:

1. All the members unanimously agreed to avoid all kinds of political and controversial messages in the group. If anybody unknowingly posts any such message, the executive committee has every power to remove it immediately without any explanation.
Any message before posting it in our association group, think about Chanukya's triple filter test before forwarding any message.
i ). Don't post any political or controversial messages.
ii ). Think about the fact of the message, whether it is true or not.
iii ). Is it of any use to the association members or not.
You are liberty to send any type of message to any number of friends or our association members individually or personally.
See that the political or controversial messages should not break the bond between the members of our association.

2. Reminder to pay the membership amount and AMC (Annual Maintenance Charges) who has not yet paid.

3. The members are requested to gather in large number to meet the Corporator to remind about the association building.
Our member Buchi Reddy garu was given the responsibility of taking the appointment and informing the members to gather on the given date at the given time.

4. All the members are requested to submit the duly filled-in Registration Form soon.

5. OKA MANCHI MATA. -
The members of association are requested to contribute a good word voluntarily under this program. They are requested to inform in advance so that it can be added to the agenda.
This month our ex-president Ch. Hanumanth Rao garu spoke few words regarding spiritual motivation in this program.

6. DOCTOR GARI AROGYA SALAHALU -
by Dr. C. M. Prabhu garu type of food to keep our self healthy, without health issues in old age.

8. QUESTION HOUR
All the members were free to put-forth their doubts. Dr Prabhu garu answered all the questions with great patience. Further he invited the members to the clinic for any further clarification.

9. The new members were cordially invited into the Association.

10. The meeting was adjourned with a vote of thanks by Sri K Vijay kumar garu, Advisor,SCWAHTC.
